Terms of Service
In force from
These terms govern your use of GTMSDR: the website at gtmsdr.com, the public plans, the cabinet at my.gtmsdr.com, the tracking snippet and the API. GTMSDR is operated by AppMaster Inc ("we", "us"). By creating an account, launching the autopilot or using the API you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent ("you").
The Acceptable Use Policy and, where we process personal data for you, the Data Processing Addendum are part of these terms.
1. What the service does
GTMSDR promotes the products you add to it. For each product it builds a profile from the product's public website and the information you give it, plans work across channels, and carries that work out: it publishes landing pages, articles, posts, listings and comparison pages; registers the product in directories and marketplaces; runs advertising; sends outreach by email and through LinkedIn; researches target accounts; answers and calls back leads; and measures results.
The autopilot acts without asking for approval unless you switch on approval mode for a channel. You can pause any channel, or the whole product, at any time; the autopilot then stops new work and removes what each platform lets it remove.
3. Accounts
The service is for businesses. You must be able to bind the business you sign up for. Keep sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account and its members. Tell us through the contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Senders and personas
Outreach is sent by sender personas: a generated name, picture, title and signature written in your brand's voice, unless you assign a real person. If you assign a real person, you confirm that person agreed to it. Personas never use the name or likeness of a real person without that person's agreement.
5. Sending domains and mailboxes
When you press "Launch outreach", we buy sending domains and set up mailboxes for the product, charging their cost to your card right before purchase. A purchase that fails is refunded. Domains are registered through our registrar accounts and used only for your product while your subscription runs. A domain that loses its reputation is retired and replaced; the replacement is charged the same way.
When you cancel, you may ask us within 30 days to transfer the domains bought for your product to a registrar account of yours. Registrar transfer fees apply.
6. Advertising
Advertising runs from our agency accounts on Google, Meta, Microsoft, Reddit and LinkedIn, in a sub-account per product. Ad spend is charged to your card once a day for the previous day and never exceeds the monthly cap you set. Platforms review and may reject, limit or suspend ads under their own policies; the autopilot edits and resubmits rejected ads, and we are not responsible for a platform's decisions.
7. Fees and billing
Prices are shown on the pricing page and, for each action, in your feed. They consist of: a subscription per product per month, starting when you press "Launch autopilot"; a charge for each action the autopilot performs, equal to its cost times a multiplier; the cost of domains and mailboxes, charged before purchase; ad spend, charged daily for the previous day; and outcome fees for signups, paying customers and qualified meetings that took place. Leads carry no fee.
Action charges accumulate and are charged when they reach the batch amount shown on the pricing page or once a day, whichever comes first. You authorise us to charge your card for all of these through Stripe. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires.
If a charge fails, purchases, advertising and paid actions pause and free channels keep running; the charge is retried on Stripe's schedule. Subscriptions are monthly and not prorated.
8. Guarantees
First leads: if a product receives no lead within 14 days of its first launch, the first month of that product's subscription is refunded.
Founders track: if a product on the founders track receives no payment from a new customer through its connected Stripe account within 30 days of its first launch, the subscription for those 30 days is refunded.
Each guarantee applies once per product, covers the subscription only (not action charges, purchases, ad spend or outcome fees), and requires that the subscription stayed active and the product's channels were not paused by you during the period.
9. Data
You own your data and the content created for your products. You grant us the rights we need to host, process and publish it to provide the service. Where we process personal data for you, the Data Processing Addendum applies.
We use aggregated, de-identified results across all products (for example, which channels, directories, angles and prices produce customers in a niche) to improve the service, including the benchmarks and starting plans new products receive. These aggregates never identify you, your products, your customers or your contacts.
You can export your data at any time and for 30 days after cancelling.
10. Intellectual property
Content the autopilot creates for your product is yours once its action is paid for. The service, its software, its models and prompts, and the aggregated results described above remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
11. Third-party platforms
The service works through platforms we do not control: ad networks, social networks, LinkedIn, directories, review sites, registrars, email providers, payment processors and the services you connect. Their terms apply to the use of their platforms, and their availability, policies and decisions are outside our control.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. Beyond the guarantees in section 8, we do not warrant any particular number of leads, customers or revenue.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your products, the information you gave us, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Cancellation and suspension
You can cancel at any time in the cabinet with one click; the subscription ends at the end of the month already paid, and work in progress stops. We may suspend or end the service for a product that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or that has unpaid charges, with notice where the breach allows.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the cabinet or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where AppMaster Inc is registered, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms: write to us through the contact page at gtmsdr.com/contact.
