Proposals and e-signature
Proposals out 30 minutes after the call. Signed, paid, won.
After a meeting the autopilot writes the proposal from your product and the deal, sends it from the person they spoke to, and closes the deal the moment it is signed. The buyer can pay at signing.
What it does
Proposals that write themselves
Offer, proof and prices from your product profile and the deal's line items. The model never invents a number.
Signature in the buyer's thread
The signing email comes from your person, in the conversation the buyer already replied to, never from a signing robot's domain.
Fields, templates and roles
Drag fields onto any page, set conditions, keep templates with roles and variables, a content library and pricing tables from your catalog.
Pay at signing
Signers pay through your own Stripe right after they sign. The payment lands on the deal and its channel.
Reading, page by page
See who opened it, how long they spent on each page and whether it was forwarded, and get pinged when the committee reads.
What we hold it to
- 30 min
In their inbox 30 minutes after the call
The proposal is written a minute after the call and sent in 30 minutes. One button in the feed stops or edits it.
- 0 envelopes
Send every contract you close
No envelope counter, no seats, no credits. Sending, reminders, signing and the final PDF are part of $297 a month per product.
- 1 thread
From the person they spoke to
The contract lands in the thread they already replied to, with the deal and company in the subject.
- Won
Signed means won
The deal closes itself and the revenue lands on the channel that found the buyer.
Questions
Is an electronic signature binding?
Electronic signatures are valid under the US ESIGN Act and the EU's eIDAS. Every signed PDF ends with a certificate: who signed, when, from which IP and email, the code check, the consent and the hash of the original file.
What does it cost?
Sending, reminders, signing and the final PDF are part of $297. Only the proposal draft the model writes is an action, priced in your feed.
Can I send my own contract?
Yes. Upload any PDF, place the fields, set the signing order and send.
