What Outreach users report
The AI’s recommendations and deal risk flags weren’t always accurate, so I still need to review and correct them and verify important details before acting.
G2,
This team just gave up. I have been using them for 3 years. 3 years ago they were rubbish. Today, with AI, with everything they could do to improve their really terrible UX, it's embarrassing how this platform is worst than before.
Their customer support is awful, slow, or non-existent. They try to push support to "Outreach University" witch has outdated videos of prior versions of their site that barely resembles the current UI. I was barely able to use the service at all. A total waste of $6k.
